User Page
From WikiSD
If you're going to contribute content to WikiSD it might be a good thing to let others know who you are. The best way to do this is to create your own User Page within WikiSD.

Steps
WikiSD keeps track of all your activity within WikiSD based on your login ID, which is your email address.
- Type User:your-login-id in the search field at the left and click Go, or press Enter.
- If your User Page doesn't already exist you will be taken to a page that tells you it doesn't exist and asks if you'd like to create it. Click create this page.
- A window will open where you can enter information about yourself. Once you've entered information you can click Show preview at the bottom of the page to review the format of your entry and once you're satisfied with it click Save page to save your entry. Using Show preview and Save page often is a good idea to ensure something doesn't inadvertently happen and you loose your work. Remember, it's a web page.

Note
Because you're creating your User page within the User namespace it is not default searchable using the search field on the left of the page. Namespaces are only searched by going to Advanced search and explicitly indicating the Namespaces to be searched. As such, if you'd like a copy of your information to be searchable, by default, you might put a short introduction on your User:User page and a more extensive description of your background on a page filed under your full name, though not in the User namespace.
If you've already created a page under your full name you can create a short user page as User:your-login-id and reference your existing page.
