Rules
The Articles of Organization are from 1985 and govern the fundamentals of the System Dynamics Society. They are very hard to change.
Bylaws and Policies go into the details of how the System Dynamics Society functions. They cover aspects from membership to Policy Council positions. Bylaws can be changed by the members. Policies can be changed by the Policy Council.

The Minutes and Report Archives record decisions, meetings, and governance developments at the Society since its inception. The Strategy Reports summarize recommendations for means by which the Society might increase progress in developing the field – beyond the Society itself. The Conflict of Interest Report protects the Society’s interest when entering into transactions or arrangements with third parties. Find out more below.
